I want to start by saying this review will not even do any justice when it comes to Peter's work ethic or me recommending him. He is the best professional I have ever worked with. First, we met him when we were selling our home. Our family had decided to move to our hometown three hours away. We were already in escrow in another home when two weeks in, we had a change of heart and decided to pull out of that contract. My original realtor was a bit upset and never called us back and my other realtor who was selling my house did not want to represent us because she was too far away from our hometown "3hrs". Peter came with his clients during their final walk through when I asked him how far he was, he was willing to drive for his clients and he said he would go anywhere! He was so professional because he said he was with his clients but would contact me once he was done helping them. The rest is history....Peter drove three hours multiple times to represent us even when my husband and I couldn't be there such as the inspection. He stayed at our new home throughout the whole inspection to ensure everything was good. He also said it was his job to save us money and that he did, when he asked the previous owners to fix minor issues which they ended up fixing. I felt Peter was like a "lawyer" I always felt protected like we actually had someone who truly cared, it wasn't about the money. Peter always respected our wishes and what I loved the most is that he recorded and took pictures of us coming into our new home something our first realtor never did. I can go on and on, but one thing I know for sure, Peter will be our realtor for life, I know this is not the last time we sell or buy, I will definitely have him help us again!

Today we got the keys to our dream home and are officially homeowners. I can honestly say it was all gods doing the way things worked out. We were led to the right home at the right time. But more importantly the right realtor, Peter Quesada. Choosing him as our agent was the best decision we ever made. Peter came with an entire team, a lender that got us the best interest rate and enabled us to close in less than 20 days, the home inspector that provided the most thorough inspection, answered any and every question and was extremely trust worthy, as well as his personal contractors. That in itself should be reason enough to use Peter Quesada for your home buying or selling needs. But here’s the thing, none of that compared to Peters expertise and professionalism. He could see a property for what it could be as well as immediately spot and point out any issues that it may have. He is knowledgeable about the housing market, the area and homeownership in general. Still all great reasons to have him as a realtor. But most of all he made us feel like family and truly represented our best interests at all times. I can be very indecisive. Overthinking and panic set in when it comes to making such a huge commitment. I was terrified of making a mistake. Peter has a gift of being able to read people and was able to calm my fears every step of the way, as well as anticipate things that were certain to send me into an all-night google session trying to figure out what it all really means and all that could possibly go wrong. He never pushed or tried to sway my decision, he simply had all the answers to my questions before I could even ask them. Home inspector wanted talk (that can’t be good), before I even hung up the phone, Peter had already spoken with a contractor and was able to provide me with the exact cost to repair the issue. On top of that he negotiated a large credit from the seller to cover the repair and then some. During our interactions he felt more like a dear friend with the best advice and nothing like a salesman. But when it came to negotiating with the seller on price, terms and credits he was like the wolf of wall street. You hear horror stories of the home buying process, especially in today's market and from what I gather there were plenty of obstacles in our journey. But thanks to our realtor, Peter, we didn’t experience any of that. I kept thinking it can’t be this easy Peter would say it’s not official yet, and then the call came…. time to start packing. We are not the first family he has helped purchase a home and I know we most definitely won’t be the last, but he forever changed our lives. I am so grateful. Thank you Peter Quesada.
